This is a message to all colonists and citizens of Calypso from Brigadier Carramone.

The Imperial Mining Office has not been able to finish the construction and testing of their new Oil Rig due to attacks on the crew. They have requested assistance in getting rid of the “wastelanders” that are blamed for these attacks.

The attack pattern is consistent to around 0400-0600 UTC time and 1600-1800 UTC.

We want to set up a trap. The trap will be two rounds on Friday September 25th, during the times mentioned above, to kill these wastelanders. Bounty contracts are issued on the wastelanders.

At each window of opportunity, these rules apply:

• There is one contract per colonist.
• Bounty-hunters can collect their confirmed contract rewards from me personally at the outpost North of the Oil Rig.
• The reward consists of one Vumpoor Tuhota 80 (L), one Skildek GAK 1500 (L), and one Salamander Footguards, SGA Edition.
• Each bounty-hunter can only claim his or her reward once per round.

Note that there will be two rounds, one at 0400-0600 UTC Sept 25th, and one at 1600-1800 UTC Sept 25th. It is possible to collect one contract for a kill in the first round, and one in the second.
